摘要：
美国一流大学的人事管理人员大致分为教员和行政人员两大类,广义上的教员凶包括教学人员,研究科学家和辅助教学人员三类。教员的聘用一般坚持公开和老师参与两项原则,老师的管理普遍实行终身职制度。
Abstract：The personnel in the first-class universities in America can be divided roughly into two groups: faculty and administrators. Faculty in its wide sense consists of instructional staff, research scientist and teaching assistant. The employment of faculty is performed in accordance with two principles: open and faculty-participant.Tenure policy is widely carried out in the management of faculty.
