该文以桂东南采茶舞的高校教学为例,探析民族传统体育的"文化植入式"教学模式,旨在为"民族传统体育进校园"提供方法支持。研究认为:在以文化传承为主旨的民族传统体育教学中,应确立技术传习和文化讲授并重的教学指导思想、动作技术与文化素养兼顾的教学目标、体育技术和体育文化俱全的教学内容;体育技术教学,必须依托传统文化,从文化与动作的关系中去寻找技术教学的切入点;体育文化教学,必须借助现代教学技术"植入"文化,以文化讲解引导技术传习,运用情景教学强化教学效果。

Taking as an example the college gym class for the tea- picking dance in the southeast of Guangxi, this paper makes an analysis of the " cultural implantation method" in the teaching mode for national traditional sports in order to provide some supporting method to " introduce national traditional sports into the campus". This analysis shows that, in the teaching of national traditional sports which aims at cultural heritage, the guiding ideology in which " both the skill and culture should be equally stressed", the teaching objective in which " both the skillful action and cultural quality should be involved in", the teaching content in which " both the sports technique and sports culture should be included" should be confirmed. In addition, the teaching of sports techniques must be based on traditional culture, finding out the teaching lead- in from the ralationship between culture and technique; the teaching of sports culture must" implant" culture into it by means of modern teaching technology, teaching techniques through " cultural explantation" and improving teaching effect by " situational teaching".
