随着我国市场经济的不断发展,无形资产已逐步成为决定企业核心竞争力的关键因素,关于无形资产的竞争也逐步成为企业之间竞争所关注的重点,所以如何加强无形资产的管理对企业来说也显得越来越重要。文章对无形资产在企业发展过程中的意义进行阐述,针对目前企业无形资产管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并针对这些问题提出了加强企业无形资产管理的对策。

With the continuous development of China' s market economy,intangible assets have gradually become a key factor to determine the core competitiveness of enterprises and the competition in terms of intangible assets has gradually become a competing focus among enterprises concerned. Therefore,how to strengthen the management of intangible assets of enterprises is becoming more and more important. This paper makes an introduction to the significance of intangible assets in the developing process of enterprises and makes an analysis of the problems emerging in the management of intangible assets of enterprises.
