摘要:

党的十七大强调要坚持科学发展观,企业是贯彻落实科学发展观的主力军,政府可以通过绩效评价体系的功能引导和督促企业承担科学发展的重任。从科学发展观的视角看,我国现行企业绩效评价指标体系存在种种弊端,不利于企业的科学发展。按照科学发展观的要求改进现行绩效评价指标体系,应大量引入反映企业员工贡献和利益、环境保护和环境效益、社会贡献和社会责任的指标。

Abstract:

The Party's 17th National Congress stressed the need to adhere to the concept of scientific development.Enterprises are the main force to bear the responsibility.Government may use the performance evaluation system to guide and urge enterprises to undertake the task of scientific development.But,viewed from the angle of scientific development,the existing enterprise performance evaluation index system has many defects,so it is not conducive to the concept of scientific development.In accordance with the requirements of the concept the existing performance evaluation index system a series of new indexes to the evaluation system must be improved,so as to reflect employee's contributions and interests,environmental protection and environmental benefits,social responsibility and social contribution of the enterprise.
