2018年5月25日生效的欧盟《通用数据保护条例》是个人信息保护方面的最新立法成果。该条例包含的一些先进立法理念和经验应该被我国消费者个人信息保护立法借鉴。我国网购消费者个人信息侵权事件时有发生,而相关立法又不健全,使得网购消费者在保护自身权益时得到的支持有限。应该明确网购消费者个人信息权保护的主管机关,采取"一站式服务"原则,同时完善专门的个人信息保护法律。

The General Data Protection Regulation of European Union( EU),validated on May 25,2018,is the latest achievement of legislation in terms of personal information protection. Some advanced concepts and practices of legislation shown in this regulation could be of some reference value for our country's legislation of personal information protection. The personal information infringement of online shopping consumers occurs frequently in China. Nevertheless,these customers can not get enough support to protect their rights due to lack of relevant legislation. Therefore,it is necessary to establish a definite organization in charge of online shopping consumers' personal information protection to offer"One-Branch Service". Besides,it is also necessary to refine the legislation for the special purpose of personal information protection.
