对于《汉语拼音方案》中韵母o的发音问题,学界早有讨论,王理嘉先生、王洪君先生、石锋先生、杨剑桥先生等等都有相关论述。我们从陈宏先生的专题论证文章《汉语拼音方案中的o的拼合与音值》谈起,并举证了其他的文献,能够得出结论,即韵母o发音时有动程,韵母o在与唇音声母拼合时实际音值为[uo]。我们将以此结论作为指导,解决普通话教学中的韵母o的发音问题,以问卷调查的形式客观地展现韵母o在教学和学习中的问题,并针对问题提出有效措施。

The pronunciation problems of the vowel o in the Scheme for the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet has long been discussed in academic circles.For example,scholars Wang Lijia,Wang Hongjun,Shi Fengand Yang Jianqiaoand so on are involved in the discussion.Starting fromanalyzing Chen Hong' s academic paper Combination and value of o in the Scheme for the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet and referring to the arguments in other literature,this paper comes to a conclusion thatthe pronunciation of the vowel o has a movement and the actual value of o is [uo]in the combination with labial initials.Based on the conclusion,we try to solve the problem of thepronunciationof o in Mandarin teaching.We design investigation questionnaires and find outthe actual problems in the teaching of the vowel o.Finally,according to our findings,we put forward some effective measures to solve the problems.
