自信的大学生应具备正确的自我评价、完全的自我接纳、良好的社会适应等特征。本文着重分析了影响大学生自信心的主要因素,诸如自我效能感、归因模式、认知风格、性别差异等,进而提出了通过实施成功教育、开展积极归因训练等策略来培养大学生的自信心。
Abstract：Self-confident students bear the characteristics of proper self-evaluation,self-affirmation and self-adaptation to the society This paper aims to examine the main factors concerning the influence on the university students' self-confidence such as self-efficacy(?)attribution mode,cognitive style and sexual difference setc;putting forward proper ways to cultivate the university students' self-confidence through successful education and the attribution cultivation.
