本文在分析比较西方产业组织理论不同学派不断演化发展的基础上,提出了借鉴西方产业组织理论,促进我国产业结构调整的若干选择。
Abstract：In this paper, the author introduces the evolution of the theory of the western industrial organization and its latest devolopment,drawing a conclusion of the theoretical views and the policy in different periods and schools.Through analysis, a better understanding of the theory is obtained and the useful part of which is obsorbed. Utilizing scientific and objective attitude towards this science is beneficial to the industrial structure adjustment and the greater development of the market economy in China.
